Language
  1. Start by making a new slide (Ctrl+M) and give it a title.
  2. If you are studying a country click here to find a list of languages that are spoken in your country. Only use the top languages. Some countries have dozens. If you are studying a state go down to direction # 9.
  3. Click on the language map for your country.
  4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and right click on the map. Select "Copy."
  5. Go back to your PP and right click on the language slide and select "Paste."
  6. Resize the image and list the main language(s) spoken in your country.
  7. Go back to the page that lists the languages and list the main languages on your PP.
  8. Copy the address of the website and add it your bibliography.
  9. Click here for a map of 2nd languages in the United States. (This is operating under the assumption that 5th graders know that English is the main language in America)
  10. Right click on the map and select "copy."
  11. Go to you PP slide and right click on it and select "paste."
  12. Resize the map.
  13. Type the 2nd languages that are predominately found in your state.
  14. Copy the address of the website and add it your bibliography.
  15. Click "Save" and you are done.
